Featuring Microplanes iconically ultra sharp, photo etched blade technology, the Flexi Zesti™ creates flavorful and aromatic zest quickly and effortlessly.

The Flexi Zesti™ is designed with a built-in chamber to conveniently capture and store fresh zest. To retrieve the zest, simply pull off the silicone top and turn the tool upside down. Styled in crisp white with a choice of orange, green and yellow accents.

Use and Care

• Top rack dishwasher safe.
• We recommend disassembling your tool and rinsing the parts in warm water immediately after each use. To remove "stuck on food", first soak the slicer in warm water and then use a soft bristle brush to remove pieces.
